Description

Region: Highland, Scotland

Flavour: Nose: Apple tarte tatin, hints of sanded oak and a little heather honey. Allspice, hints of cocoa and rum and raisin ice-cream. Waxy.

Palate: Black pepper and barley malt. Hints of beeswax, manuka honey and dessert wine. Spiced, warming palate. Slightly grassy.

Finish: Medium finish with notes of caramel and cinnamon.
