Flavour: Nose: offers up a fresh greenness with toasty cereal notes and dried barley sugar. Tones of wood shavings and blossom with a musty attic note. A touch of cream and grist and a pleasant floral note.

Palate: full of stemmy cut hay notes and an earthen rooty quality. There are toasted cereal notes and wood shavings with a grist and soft oak.

Finish: long and full of cereal and dry wood notes.
