Description

Region: Speyside, Scotland

Flavor: Nose: Buttered malt loaf, sherried peels, spearmint and Christmas cake.
Palate: Dark chocolate mousse and yet more Christmas cake richness. Cinnamon and white pepper give it plenty of heat.
Finish: Very slightly earthy on the finish, though dried fruit and sugared almond notes remain.
