Description

Region: Highland, Scotland

Flavour: Nose: Soft, plump cherries, toasted walnut, crumbly pastry and brown sugar.

Palate: Stewed fruits, sweet vanilla and some classic Orkney peat. A hint of spiciness, not too much though.

Finish: Sweet, long and delicious.
